Hi...Have had many friends refer me to here and to Tommy. I am Deb, and I need help with getting my app password from gmail to work in my incredimail. No matter how many times or ways, it will not work or read. Pls if you can help I need it, thank you. And for some reason, as I am having to use firefox on my windows 8, it does not ask me if I want to translate to english.

As for firefox, did you have the translator right clicking or nothing happens ?

I have downloaded team Viewer, and right now, this al is coming in English, hehe I am sooo lost, but hoping at some point can get the help, thx so much for the help once again

If you have downloaded Team Viewer and you want me to see what I can do to help you, give me your Team viewer ID and password by private message (MP button below) and I will connect to your computer.
Please note, if this is a problem with your gmail account, you will have to be in front of the computer screen with your smartphone because Google will send a security code by SMS which will be essential for me to connect to your google account

I take advantage of this topic created by Deb to point out that version 2.5 which imposes the IMAP server of gmail is not compatible with the application password imposed by Google.
So I had to uninstall version 2.5 first and put version 2.0 in its place and then upgrade it to premium.
If you have version 2.5, start by uninstalling it before contacting me... everything will be easier...
