I would just like to put this out there. Not everyone knows how to work around trying to get our IM to work better than Tommy and his team. I had him work on my computer 2 or 3 times regarding issues with all this IM situation and every time Tommy comes thru in minutes. It's amazing how someone will just help without expecting anything in return, so yeah!!! Tommy has my respect and trust!

I assure you that Tommy is very trustworthy. He goes on your computer while you are there and does what needs to be done and you can see what he is doing.

The only requirements are:
1. You need to download Team Viewer to your PC
2. Once you open it it will give you (Your ID) and a (Password)
3. Remember to only do this when you know that you will be at your computer since Tommy needs you to be there as he will write to you as he does his part.
4. Once he accesses your PC he will address you within an IM email (draft) or notepad

So when you are ready, just copy/paste the information from Team Viewer for Tommy on a PM and he will assist you as soon as he is able to.
Remember, DO NOT give your Team Viewer information here on this message.

This is very simple (well for Tommy) and I am forever grateful to him.

Just a heads up the time zone as of this message for France is as follows.
Beware his time zone is 6 hours ahead of mine, for me it's 4:30 pm. So look up your time zone with his and find the right time to do this. Easy peasy....

I was looking for a long time for the email notifiers so I could add them to my Incredimail, and you guys have everything.

I haven't had time to look in dept in the forum, I'm not sure if you guys are aware, but if you install software called Flash Player Pro, it will make the Incredimail work in any windows (I'm using on Windows 11)
If you guys need it, I can post it here the installer along with the activator.

Dear Braza, I'm surprised at your question... why buy kunomail when incrediMail now works great and lets you use hundreds of notifiers, skins, etc... for free?
But, to answer your question, there are online converters, ("aspose" for example) some are limited and free, others with more extensive possibilities, but paying...

You BOUGHT Kunomail ? Are you aware you can't create with it ? It's expensive and doesn't have all what Incredimail gives to you. I have never heard of someone succeeded in imported the notifiers, skins or else but mail from Incredimail which was the Perion's property. Kunomail tried to replace Incredimail but with no success as Incredimail is now perfectly working and for free though Kunomail or else don't have the same offers and are for some of them, expensive

Incredimail is crashing for me, depending on the email I receive, it crashes when I open it.
Also, it is crashing a random time (rarely) when I'm typing a new email or replying.

I managed to convert everything except the notifiers,
About Kunomail, yes, you can create on it, you can also create your own notifier ( I managed to do it by playing with the files, very easy), and they are releasing updates every 2 to 3 weeks with new features, so it may be a good alternative in the feature when or if Incredimail Stop working with Google and or other email providers.

If anyone here ever finds a way to extract the SWF from the IMN files, I would appreciate, I will also keep working on it

All the creators I know all around the world abandonned Kunomail, as for me, I only had a look at it and I really dislike it and I especially don't see why I would pay though Incredimail perfectly works, despites all the problems here and there as here there is always someone who finds the solution. And also that on the groups, everyone shares with it.
There is something wrong with yours surely as it works for everyone. But I have no solution for what you ask as noone I know tried that

Hello, @Tommy41 do you know why some of the notifiers, Letters, and E-Cards do not install? (it shows it installs, but when you try to open the Incredimail says it needs to download the files)
Also, I used my own Installer for the Incredimail (one I have from before it shut down) the version is 2.5 Build ID: 6605273 Setup ID: 2 Pn:0

Could you please confirm if this is the last one?

The skins, notifiers, letters... not installing are the ones that were available in the past when you first installed IncrediMail and went to download from the IncrediMail site which is now closed, that's the reason why we have created files of all these elements which are freely available on my site (link in my signature, below, in red).
The only completely "operational" version is 2.0 build 6395274, all the others are unstable and in particular the 2.5 versions on which I refuse to intervene and for which we do not have a premium patch with letter creator.

The files I mention I downloaded from here ( it installs, it shows on the selection menu, but once I click on it to use it, it tries to download again)

I have a working version of the crack for the 2.5, and the letter creator works fine in case you need it to test out,
I will download version 2.0 to test out. Maybe if I first install the 2.0 and import everything, I may be able to install the 2.5 and have it working. If it does, I will let you know.

I am very surprised at this...
All elements of our files should be able to install and work, except the oldest ones which were created for the IM Xe version and which cannot be installed on the IM 2.0 version. A message specifies this before downloading.
After the IncrediMail site closed, I gave the option on my site to download the IM 2.5 version, but I have since removed it.

Yes, this is crazy. One of the files that do not work here is the notifier named Smiley Dog, and he is located under the Dogs list.

After digging a lot, I managed to get a newer version than the one I had before, The installer is dated Wednesday, May 30, 2018 8:57:37 AM and the build ID is: 6605344 Setup ID: 22000002 Pn: 0
This is a Brazilian installer, and it came with some Brazilian version of some notifiers

Oh yes ! You're right and you're out of luck!, smiley_dog is one of the rare notifiers which are included in our files but which, in reality, are not available...
They are easy to spot because they are only a few Kilos bytes. (3 or 5) which is just the link to the now closed incrediMail sites.
It would simply be necessary that a speaker of the forum who has them sends them to me so that I put them at the disposal of all...

Note that there are .bat files inside the .rar archive. Those .bat files are to help you install the IM files.

If you want to know what command it executes, just right-click on it and select edit (or open it with a notepad)

You can always delete it if you don't need it.

I recommend you install everything on a test machine so you can see what it will add to incredimail.

Like I told you the other day, I have the activated version of Flash Player Pro. With this software, you don't need to do anything else to get the flash working on windows. (Tested up to windows 11)
Just in case in the future Panda stops working for any reason.

It is true that it is interesting to have an alternative to our Panda file. So I tried to download this file with the URL you indicate.
Malwarebytes refuses the download because of "malicious", which is not prohibitive, but when I force the download, I arrive on a "link not found" page...

On the other hand, it seems to be a free trial of a "pro" software that costs $50 and was last updated on 9/10/2014.

I would add that the Flash Player software was mainly used to create small animations --- notably games --- usable on various sites, but as this software presented serious security flaws, it was finally abandoned. IncrediMail only uses it to animate certain elements that do not open any security loopholes

I take this opportunity to specify that I myself have an alternative flash player file, very complete, but as it is more than 100 M.O, I prefer to continue to offer the "Panda", which is lighter (50 M.O) and also efficient .

As I was testing, the software does not have an outbound connection. The link I sent you was only, so you know what I'm talking about ( don't download anything from there). The official software website is offline.

This software needs to be activated; I have the activator.

It uses a proprietary flash player, so Microsoft windows never banned it with the updates.


By the way, I was crawling the web and found a website that offers a backup (by date) of many websites.
It is possible to download many Incredimail contents from there:

Go to the gallery page on the IncrediMail website, download everything you can, and change the backup date so you can download different content.

Their website was so well made. I will never get why they gave up. I would love to continue, at least offering the downloads so people who bought it could always download it.

Oui, sans doute ... flash player devait être nécessaire, mais 3D Magic est un additif à IM, et si ce dernier fonctionne normalement, 3D Magic devrait fonctionner lui aussi ...

The earlier versions of Incredimail did not have the 3d effects when you send emails or receive them. Then they came out with this addon named 3D magic to add those effects.

On later versions of Incredimail, they removed the need for this addon. That is why they discontinued. You can find this info by digging on the website I sent.

The 3D magic plugin allowed us to choose the animation we would have on sending and receiving emails. They changed so the animations would be attached to the email by the sender (instead of the receivers). That is why you must choose all the animations when you create an email template on the Latter Creator plugin.

If you look or debug the installer found on the website I sent you, which is the first release of 3D Magic, you will see that it installs the 3D animations used on the Letter Creator.

I hope I could clarify,

Ps. There is one plugin nobody talks about that I could not find the installer. It is the Skin Creator. I am not sure if it supported the Incredimail 2.0.

I do have the skin creator set up. But don't know if it installs on the version we have. I think I sent it when we all shared all what we had, let's see if Tommy still has it otherwise, I'll re-send it

Merci Saskia, je viens de le recevoir et de l'exécuter, hélas le message qui s'affiche à la fin de l'installation est très clair : skin creator ne fonctionne pas sur IM version 2.0
Je pense que c'est la raison pour laquelle je ne l'avais pas proposé au téléchargement sur mon site, l'ancienne version IM Xe n'est plus du tout utilisée... (Sauf par quelques rares personnes aux US)

Je m'en doutais bien, j'ai ça depuis vraiment très longtemps et ça doit correspondre à l'époque où j'avais XE puisque je crois bien avoir eu toutes les versions

I wasn't sure but I know I had this for a long time and surely from the time I used XE as I think I have had each version
