Not receiving email............everything is blank. Just started.

All the email I receive is blank when I open it in IM. I had a ton of mail this morning that I couldn't read because the letters were blank when I opened them. This is something new that just started.

I don't remember anyone having encountered this very surprising problem...
I don't have a solution to offer you except to uninstall then reinstall IncrediMail, but without any certainty of a solution...

There is something you can try but you'll loose all your mails.

this is a first thing to do and you won't loose anything. But I'm not sure it will help.
What you can try is that in your message store, you'll find all your files. You empty each of them (CtrlA, then accept), it will empty your files. Try each of them, there is surely one message that blocks everything. But of course, that way, you'll loose your mail, unless you can save them on your FAI. Be sure before doing it that Incredimail is shut down

I had been using IM xe and everything was fine. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled IM2. Now everything is working. Seems like every few months something happens and I have to reinstall things........LOL. Thanks for trying.
