Can you please help me to resolve the " monkeys" from the end of my otgoing emails.
I made a patch, also put all the licenses but still the monkeys are presented in my outgoing emails .

I could put the screenshot but I dont know how :(

If you are in Premium version, you should not see this "little" monkey at the end of the email. Perform the following test: change the skin (embellishment). Is it possible ?

Tommy resolve my problem with Premium "monkeys" by intervention on my computer over the Team Viewer .

I just want to express my great gratitude to Tommy for being so helpful .
Even although the problem was significantly larger than it initially seemed, he did not give up but made an extra efforts to help and solve the problem.
