Hi there:
My incredimail is still not working completely. I can receive and send mail but I save or view my previously saved stats. When I try to save a letter from the star option, it simply reads
"failed to save this letter style". And if you look into the letter styles you've saved before (4 weeks ago) all you see is a little white image (Looks like a letter). I received a suggestion to go into my Windows antivirus and make sure Incredimail was being allowed. It was so.... I need another suggestion. Thank you all in advance.

Hi there again.

I'm still getting use to where to go and how to post. I hope I'm doing it correctly. I checked
Windows Defender (my antivirus agent) and it's set to except all of incredimail. I can receive and
send Incredimail but I can't save new letters or open the stats I've saved. They're all still little white squares.
