Hi My name is Carolyn Webb 76,I live in the UK. i have used IM since 2003, but had trouble using IM since i bought a new computer windows 10 last year. I just cannot use it at all, I did install it, but it doesn't work, so although i got all my stats, music and contacts back, i couldnt use it with GMail or OutLook, so i uninstalled it.
so now i need some help, I got email from Saskia, and she told me to write to Tommy who is on leave right now, he can install and sort it remotely I believe...
looking forward to using IM again. .Hope someone can help me, thnx, Carolyn X x x
