My laptop and my desktop stopped accepting incredimail letters last week. I was able to get my desktop to work again but the laptop still refuses. I can download and send letters but when an email comes in, it's completely blank. It shows it's there and it opens but the body is completely gone.
Can anyone help me?

I don't think I've heard anyone talk about this problem ...
Are you sure you have unlocked the "images" (mention indicated at the top right of the emails)
Maybe someone will have another idea, if not you will have to give me your Team viewer details by private message if you want me to watch, but, I repeat, I am not specifically familiar with this problem. ..

I just wanted to take the time to officially thank Incredissimo and especially Tommy for once again coming to my rescue. He gave up a lot of "sleeping time" (I live in the USA) to fix my
e-mail and get me back to enjoying to program I purchased over 20 years ago.

More than satisfied !!! Thank you Tommy for all your hard work. This time you went far and beyond. Hopefully the program will behave itself and not cause any more problems.
