Hello to everyone! :sm9: Thank you all for all the great information...I wish I could meet every one of you beautiful people. NOT gonna happen, but I've always had a special place in my heart for the French folk's. You're a "special" breed, indeed... :sm26:

I LOVE :sm3: this forum and all the IM Team :sm3: that are so INCREDIBLE, yes! :merci:

AND to our great and Incredible Tommy :bravo: , whom we all know is close to "genius" with IM, THANK YOU, good buddy for all that you do for us. Thank you Saskia and ALL other's that help us so very much. You're all appreciated. :top: If a donation account were created, I'd be HAPPY to add to it, without a second's pause...

I'm also old, disabled and ASK for what I really need. My computer & IncrediMail is my world, as it is to so many other folk's also. I'm so lost and sad without it. :pleure:

My IncrediMail is a mess. :mur: I don't have the clock anymore, just seeing the flash logo, again.
Is there any possibility that you could go back in my computer and get everything working right again? At your personal convenience, of course. I don't mind waiting however long you may need. I have no idea how to handle windows updates, the utilities offered here, doing the Tutorial's are also hard for me, sorry. It's a "brain-thing" from strokes. But I'm a very happy old lady and have many blessing's to count. My sweet hubby is #1 and that we BOTH woke up this morning! :) This forum and it's people are surely another blessing. :)

I'll shut my big mouth :baillon: now and wait for your reply. In gratitude I say.... :merci: again...

I think Sandy that you don't have WuMgr, if I remember..... and that would be the solution for you. If so, before Tommy takes your computer, find it through google and download it. That way you'll have it in English for later. This will be a first step. Courage !

I wish I could help you ...
If you no longer have the clock and the notifier, it means that a "flash player update" has gone through "Windows Update"
It must be uninstalled to find all IncrediMail functions.
Then, as Saskia writes, it must be prevented from coming back with the little Windows UpDate Manager (WuMgr) software as I show on the forum.
Try to do this, it's not very difficult

Thank you Saskia. Thank you Tommy. Yes, I do have the Windows Update Manager installed.
I just don't understand how to set it and use it. I think it may be to late and I've lost my IncrediMail. But, I will try again, as I really don't want to give up my IM, only if I have no other choice.
