I have been having problems since Thursday....my mail won't come in or won't go out I get the message Failed to connect to the incoming server pop.gmail.com and then details are this:
Socket Error: 10054, Port: 995, Protocol: POP.An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
Tried to do a new 16 word password that didn't work but I am not sure I completed it all the way cause didn't know if I had to do the 2 way authentic step too....I am a idiot behind the screen and need step by step instructions...oh I tried to change my outgoing to stmp.gmail.com and incoming to imap.gmail.com didn't do anything to change my problem...hope someone can help me out....Thanks so so much

To be able to create what Google calls an "application password", it is essential to activate "two-step validation", when this step is successful, you must click on this occurrence, then go to the very bottom of the page to generate an application password.
Furthermore, tell us the settings you indicated in IncrediMail, is it POP or IMAP? and what are the incoming and outgoing ports that you indicated?
