I have installed Incredimail 2.0 on a new laptop. I have applied the patch and added the licenses. I was successful in opening it once or twice but now when I try to open Incredimail, it wants me to register each time. When I do this it gets to the point where it says "You are moments away from Incredimail" and nothing happens. I get an email from Incredimail "testing" the connection which come through and I can view it online at GMail.

Glad to see you were able to log in and register on our forum.
The malfunction you are reporting is due to an incomplete installation of IncrediMail ... this problem has sometimes been reported.
It can be solved by removing IncrediMail with Revo Uninstaller software in "Advanced" mode, then cleaning the registry with CCleaner, then shutting down the computer, then restarting, reinstalling IncrediMail.
