I'm not receiving any new e-mails. No error message but no e-mails. I can send but can't receive Can someone help me ? Thanks!

To be able to help you, you must tell us what your provider is and the settings that you indicated in IncrediMail for the incoming server (POP or IMAP) as well as the port assigned on your computer.
However, it is surprising that the malfunction occurred suddenly without you having modified anything.
I think you will get information by asking your provider...

Provider? I used Gmail if that's what you mean.
pop.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com
Outgoing: 465
Incoming: 995.

Saskia mentions the main cause of difficulties with Google accounts: the mandatory creation of an "app password", but I think this is another problem because the absence of this password would prohibit reception and cause an error message...

The provider is the company to which you pay your internet bills (AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon)
The settings you indicate for the @gmail accounts are correct. These are the ones I use myself and everything works.
--Messages that do not send remain in the "outbox", check the recipient's address carefully.
--Send an email to your own address to check if everything is going normally...
--If you have several addresses, try sending to each of them and watch for error messages

Difficult to tell you more...

I
I sent test messages to different e-mails and they went through OK. No messages in the outbox. I have that app password from many months ago. I hope I don't need to change it as I've had to do that several time previously. What now? :-( Thanks!

The messages you send to yourself go out fine but don't come back... I don't remember this problem ever having been reported...
Make sure IncrediMail is not configured to check for new messages too often. If this search occurs every 10 minutes or more frequently, access to your account could be blocked, this problem has been reported on the Gmail community forum where I advise you to register and ask your question.

To adjust the message reception time, go to the general menu: Tools / Options / Tab: General.

I may have made a HUGE mistake! I uninstalled IM then reloaded it. Now EVERYTHING is gone! 😭 How can I retrieve all of my old emails?

Tommy helped me way past his bedtime! 😂🥱 I FINALLY figured out how to get a 16 digit password! UGH!

the digit password is VERY important. When having problems, think of it firstly. I'm glad all is solved for you

Oh yes ! For a huge mistake, it's a huge mistake! Especially when you use specialized software and completely delete all identity and email history!
In France they say “What fly has bitten you”!! (what's got into you)
You were very lucky that I managed to find in the forest of your internal and external hard drives a backup file which allowed me to reintegrate your inbox folders and sub-folders and a few thousand old emails including You still have to do a big cleaning!!
In addition, when uninstalling IncrediMail, you must remember that when reinstalling, you must patch again, because the Premium version and Letter Creator do not come back on their own!
Regarding the @gmail account, I couldn't do anything because you didn't give me access to your Google account for reasons that only you know!
So you still have to find a way to generate the “app password” after accepting the “two-step verification” required by Google.
All this is explained, in French and English on the forum, with a little concentration and willpower, you should get there...
Train yourself ! I won't always be there!
In short, you gave me a crazy job at midnight, at the time when I usually go to sleep and for that too, I will not always be available...
