We love Incredimail. Tommy is special, and so are all the other helpers!
if i replace my hard drive and copy all the data on the old one, will Incredimail still keep working for us? Hoping soooooo much that it will work when we transfer all the data to the new hard drive. any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Be careful not to confuse
If you "only" replace your hard drive with another one and copy (clone) your old hard drive onto a new one, to put this new, cloned hard drive on your computer, in this case, you have nothing to do , IncrediMail and all your other software will work perfectly as before the copy. (cloning)
On the other hand, if you change your computer and want to save IncrediMail on an external hard drive independent of the new computer, you must put a basic IncrediMail folder on the external drive (the one which contains the emails: C: /users / Your name / AppData / Local / IM / , it is therefore this “IM” folder that must be saved.
Then you have to install IncrediMail on the new computer, then reintegrate this IM folder in its place.
