Is the internal IncrediMail "Search" function not working?
If so, I'm afraid there are no solutions except to do a full Uninstall / Reinstall of IncrediMail ...
On the other hand, we recommend not to use version 2.5 as we have noticed for a long time that its reliability is not good, therefore, if you decide to do an uninstallation, I advise you to reinstall version 2.0 at the instead of 2.5.
