Hi.
I have 2 HP laptop's with Win 10 and Incredimail 2.5 (purchased)
On one the search function stopped searching information, all folders are functioning.
Searches just appear from November 1 to date.
This just started happening all updates done on both machines.
Malware and virus checks done.
Uninstalled, cleaned registry and re installed IM, no change.
Any ideas?

BTW, anyone running Win 11 with Incredimail?

I don't quite understand your problem
Is the internal IncrediMail "Search" function not working?
If so, I'm afraid there are no solutions except to do a full Uninstall / Reinstall of IncrediMail ...
On the other hand, we recommend not to use version 2.5 as we have noticed for a long time that its reliability is not good, therefore, if you decide to do an uninstallation, I advise you to reinstall version 2.0 at the instead of 2.5.
Many speakers have succeeded in this intervention, but there is a risk of loss of information because the two versions are not completely compatible ... you decide.
