I am not at all sure that I am posting where I should be. I get here, and even in English I get lost. No matter how I try I keep doing things to lose my IM. Tommy 41 has been such a patient man. He comes in and puts it back on the pc and tells me that it was fine. What a nice man. Thank you Tommy for giving me my hobby back. Now I will see if I can find what you told me to read.

I read the article,3 times, I am going to write it out by hand and see if I can make sense of the directions then. Am I supposed to install Panda now? If I mess it up will it be able to be repaired or am I totally out of luck?
If it all works do I then delete Wumgr? What about Flash Player? I am so sorry I have a terrible time retaining information. I have a chronic illness that affects memory and the ability to understand what isn't very familiar to me already. Just writing this has taken almost an hour as my mind wanders. So please be patient with my questions.

Do not worry.
Be reassured. With what I have done on your computer, you have nothing to fear, leave everything as it is, you risk nothing.

In short: the WuMgr software blocks the "Windows 10 21H1" version which would be destructive for Flash Player, and therefore for IncrediMail. This version is absolutely not essential, so leave everything like that and your IncrediMail will be safe.
In the future, if you decide to install this version 21H1, you will have to disable WuMgr and let Windows UpDate install this version.
Then, to find IncrediMail, you will have to download on the forum and then install the "Panda" file.
I'll do all of these manipulations for you if you want to, but it's not urgent, and you might not even want to! Your computer and IncrediMail will still work fine!
